Monthly Healing Group

A Virtual Retreat & Community

I offer this gathering on Zoom on selected Sundays at 4pm PST / 7pm EST for all those who seek sacred space to gather together. This is a ‘by donation’ gathering.

For one hour on Zoom, we unplug, disconnect from the noise of the outer world, and return to the inner stillness, peace, and happiness that live within.

Held by the safety and closeness of community, this is your time for relaxation, healing, upliftment, and connection. You are welcome in this space. 

Please come as you are: bring your grief, joy, ecstasy, heaviness, uncertainty, and all qualities of the heart with you. You can expect to leave feeling more centered, calm, optimistic, and at home within yourself.
