During this reiki circle, I will be offering everybody reiki with sound healing. I will also lead a meditation and we will send healing energy to those in need. If you are a reiki practitioner and would like to offer reiki as well, that would be wonderful!

Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing that was started by a Zen practitioner, Dr. Usui in the 1920s. Now this simple yet profound healing method has spread throughout the world. It is a way to bring Universal Energy (Chi or Ki) into the body to promote deep relaxation as well as recovery from physical and emotional trauma.
