In this fun, experiential workshop, you will gain hands-on experience in learning how to harness the power of healing life force energy and sacred sound for heightened well being and inner joy. We will focus our attention on identifying and amplifying the sound of the heart as a means to clear the human energy field of stagnant energy and to harmonize the body and mind. Opportunity will be given to share our voices together as a group using bija mantras and sacred heart songs for healing, upliftment, and the experience of unity consciousness. The gathering will be sealed with a long final resting pose where you will receive a reiki sound bath with crystal singing bowls, drums, chimes, and sacred mantras.
