Join Darren for this special heart-centered gathering. Enter into sacred space with guided meditation and an introduction to sound healing. Then relax as Darren uses a myriad of sound healing instruments including his voice, his guitar, singing bowls, drums, and chimes to create a soothing landscape of healing energy that helps to still the mind, open the heart, and awaken inner joy. In addition to the sound healing, everyone will receive 1:1 reiki. You will also have the opportunity to utilize your own voice for healing yourself and others through sacred song and be introduced to japa, a sacred sound meditation using mala beads. Your mala beads are yours to keep to continue your practice at home.
