Join special guest Darren Marc Levene for an afternoon of cacao, sacred singing, and deep relaxation through sound healing. We’ll begin with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts together in gratitude. From there, we’ll offer our hearts to the divine through the devotional practice of kirtan—the call-and-response singing of sacred songs. To seal this gathering, you’ll be invited to lie down in a long final resting pose to receive sound healing and Reiki. Jan will be assisting with the Reiki portion. You’ll leave feeling deeply nourished, with a renewed connection to the peace, serenity, and joy that already live within you. No prior musical experience is required.
